Remember when lemon water was just a drink you’d consume in restaurants while waiting on your meal? Now it seems to be the thing everyone’s raving about these days. If you’re like me, I have struggled with my daily water intake in the past. As a result of this unhealthy routine, I got into the habit of adding fruits including lemons into my water. Before making any lifestyle changes, I recommend engaging in research. It is always better to stay hydrated to avoid symptoms such as weakness, headaches, skin-related issues, and susceptibility to illness. The addition of lemons to my water added just the right flavor I needed which made it easier for me to consume.
